Hello, I'm Kaylin!

I'm a real estate agent with The Agency Halifax, based in Mount Uniacke, proudly serving the heart of Nova Scotia.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent years as a professional photographer. That background shapes how I see homes: the way natural light falls through a window, the small details that make a space feel warm, and the potential that so many people overlook. I love imagining what a home could become and helping clients see that possibility for themselves.

What excites me most about this work is the blend of exploration and connection. I get to travel across a province I adore, meet incredible people, and be part of an important chapter in their lives. Buying or selling a home is a big deal — and my priority is always to make the experience feel calm, clear, and comfortable.

When I’m not with clients or behind the camera, you’ll find me dancing in the kitchen, lost in a good book, or relaxing at home with Danny and our five very loved (very spoiled) cats. They keep life fun, cozy, and always interesting.

What's up, I'm Danny!

I'm usually behind the scenes helping keep things running smoothly.

I’ve always been someone who likes helping people and making their lives easier where I can. I’m naturally curious, always learning, and I value honest conversations with people who appreciate sincerity and real connection. If something needs doing, I’m the one who rolls up my sleeves and figures it out.

Before real estate, I served in the military. When an injury ended that chapter, I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. That experience taught me resilience, patience, and the ability to keep moving forward even when things get tough. Those lessons have allowed me to better serve others, and have shaped how I'm able to support our clients.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with Kaylin and our five cats. Sometimes we’re relaxing on the deck or heading out for a drive; other times we’re blasting music and having an impromptu dance party just because.

At the end of the day, I care about treating people well. Real estate can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make it feel lighter, clearer, and a lot more manageable for anyone we work with as they move into the next chapter of their lives.
